Laura soybeans are known as the ideal soybeans for making tofu and soymilk. Our Laura soybeans are non-GMO, new crop (less than 1 year from harvest) soybeans, sourced from the Chambers farm in Iowa. The Chambers family farm has been in operation for over 100 years, and has been exporting Laura soybeans to Japanese tofu shops since 1987.
