30-day full refund return policy

Sanlinx Inc. offers a 30-day risk-free refund policy for full refund of the purchase price (excluding s&h) for product returned in good condition. The 30-day period starts from the date you received the machine ( not the date you order the machine) to the date your you request for the return of the product.  Thus you have a full 30 days to try out the machine risk-free.  Simply email Sanlinx to obtain a return authorization from Sanlinx Inc. We are highly confident that the SoyaJoy is better than any other machines on the market and thus we offer this generous return policy. You do not even have to give us any reason for the return. 

The customer is responsible for packaging the product securely in its original box make make sure the machine is returned without damages. 

If the customer cancels an order before it is shipped, Sanlinx Inc. will credit the total amount, including s&h, to the customer.

To register for warranty, you need to provide your name, address, phone #, and date of order, and name of the reseller, and the machine serial #. Click here to register your warranty by email. If you ordered directly from Sanlinx (individual order, not group order), you have automatically registered for warranty. During the one year warranty period, a product with a defect will be either repaired or replaced with a comparable model (at Sanlinx’s option) when the product is returned to Sanlinx or its authorized dealers.  The repaired or replacement product will be in warranty for the balance of the one year warranty period.  The detailed warranty agreement is included in the User Manual.
