Maintaining a clean filter is very important for the performance of your SoyaJoy. When problems occur, including watery soy milk, boil-over, or soybeans not ground fine, they are most likely due to a clogged filter. Click here to read why.

After many trials, we have come up with the perfect cleaning method. We wanted to find a way to effortlessly clean the filter. We wanted a cleaner that is nontoxic and friendly to the hands, skin, and all kitchen utensils. We also wanted it to be biodegradable, environmentally friendly, and inexpensive. And after a lot of hard work, we finally got just what we wanted. We guarantee that SoyaJoy Magic Cleaner is as safe as or safer and more environmentally friendly than any other hand soap or dishwashing detergent on the market. Please note that this cleaner is concentrated, so be sure to read the instructions carefully before using to avoid using too much (wasteful but not harmful).

Since soy milk is very sticky, it tends to clog the tiny holes of the filter after many uses. This cleaner works likes magic to unclog the holes of the filter and make it like new. You only need to use this cleaner periodically.

How to use

Find a jar, jug or any container that can hold about a half gallon of COLD water and which will allow the filter to be completely submerged. Fill the jug with water and add about two tablespoons of Magic Cleaner powder. Your Magic cleaning solution is ready! This cleaner is concentrated - don't use too much!

After making soy milk with the SoyaJoy, rinse the filter with tap water and place it into the container of Magic solution to soak overnight. The next day or before next use, remove and rinse, brushing lightly. It will be really clean! Best of all, you can safely store and reuse the same batch of solution many, many times!
