We ship to many countries around the world. We also have models for Europe, Asia, and other countries/continents with 220-240 V/50 Hz power supplies. We ship all overseas orders by air using the US Post Office. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically and displayed on the "Order Review" page (at which point you can still change or even forgo your order). All shipments are insured for your peace of mind. Please make sure that you read the next paragraph carefully.
After clicking the Add to Cart button, under Payment Options, please choose "Print Order Form and Pay by Fax," and follow the instructions. You will be able to fill in your credit card info on your computer (it will not be transmitted over the internet) and print out the form, after which you can sign and fax it to us at 1-877-395-0894. Alternatively, you can scan the order form to your computer and email it to us. Shipment will be made within 2 to 5 business days after successful payment processing, tracking # will be emailed at the time of shipping.
Please note that for all international orders, we will contact your credit card issuer to confirm your name, billing address, and phone #, so please enter the billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Sanlinx Inc. offers a 30-day risk-free refund policy for full refund of the purchase price (excluding S&H) for products returned in good condition. The 30-day period starts from the date you receive your machine from our carrier, not the date of purchase. Thus you have a full 30 days to try out the machine risk-free. Simply email Sanlinx to obtain a return authorization. We are highly confident that the SoyaJoy is better than any other machine on the market and thus we offer this generous return policy. You do not even have to state a reason for the return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for packaging the product securely in its original box to ensure that the machine is returned without damage.
If the customer cancels an order before it is shipped, Sanlinx Inc. will credit the total amount, including S&H, to the customer.
During the one-year warranty period, a defective product will be either repaired or replaced with a comparable model (at Sanlinx’ discretion) when the product is returned to Sanlinx. The repaired or replacement product will be under warranty for the balance of the warranty period. The detailed warranty terms are included in the User's Manual.
